The Annual Engineers’ Day (AED) is one of the big and important events in the Engineering and Construction Industry Calendar in Tanzania.
It brings together more than 4,000 stakeholders, from the government, public, and private organisations.
Organised by the Engineers Registration Board, the AED is a valuable networking opportunity around paper presentations, discussions, feedback from the ERB Secretariat and exhibitions on the latest technologies.
Furthermore, AED is a special occasion that celebrates the hard work, creativity, and dedication of engineers who shape the world around us.
From the bridges we cross and the buildings we live in, to the technology we use every day, engineers play a key role in making life easier and society more advanced.
Every year in Tanzania, this day is observed with great respect and enthusiasm to remind us of the importance of engineering in nation-building.
